Laser line flickers after installation

Question

Why after installation does the sensor not operate correctly (the laser line flickers)?

Answer

Ensure the system is properly grounded according to our specifications indicated in the manual. Verify that the ground connection of the power supply and the shield of the Gocator power cable is connected to the same ground level. 

Inspect the triggering connections, power connections, and supply voltage to confirm that the sensor is connected accordingly to the requirements and specifications.

Make sure to inspect the sensor housing to ensure that the sensor didn't get any damage or mechanical shock which might cause internal damage.
