Manage Page: Master is disconnected

Question : Is it normal to have the Master disconnected on the Manage page while using Master 100 controller?

Answer: Disconnected means sensor does not receive synchronization signal from the Master. It is normal for it to show disconnected when using Master 100. When the Gocator does not receive any synchronization signal, it shows disconnected. Master 100 does not generate any sync clock so it is correct to show disconnected.

Question: I can´t buddy multiple sensors.

Answer: Buddying multiple sensors require devices like Master 400, 800 or 2400 series. 

If the Master device is detected, it shows the staus "connected". Buddy sensors can now be added, if they are in the same network and not running.
