Gocator Rescue mode

Question

Why did my Gocator sensor enter Rescue mode?

Answer

A Gocator sensor can enter Rescue mode if power is lost during a flash memory write operation. A faulty power supply that causes a sensor to intermittently lose power can also cause a sensor to enter Rescue mode.
If the sensor starts with rescue mode, download the firmware for your sensor from the LMI website.

Click Recue…  and select the previous downloaded firmware release. 

Upload will take a few seconds, then the upgrade process should start.

Wait for the status to show “Completed”
If sensor will stay in rescue mode, please contact the Technical Support and create a ticket.
