Is there a command in the SDK to reset encoder count?

Before version 4.5.3.57
No. Encoder count is reset only when you reset the sensor.
Since version 4.5.3.57
You can use the SDK function GoControl_ResetEncoder() but only when encoder is directly connected to the Gocator and not through the Master. Currently there isn't a method to reset encoder count on the Master without doing a power cycle on the Master.
