Question
Why can't I get calibration shots with single scanner (meaning using one camera and one projector)?
Answer
For single scanners, you have to make sure you are using a grey scale calibration board. (The calibration boards that comes with the system are black/white).
You can get these grey scale boards from our Support Center. If you are printing your own calibration board, you must make sure your board is flat (e.g., something like a flat-glass). Also, printing of each square size needs to be accurate because whatever is printed might not always be exact. Therefore, using a normal inkjet or laser printer will not get you an accurate calibration board. We would recommend getting your local print shop to print this for you.
